Asia Infrastructure Solutions has been set up and is managed by Graham Atkinson, an independent business development consultant specialising in Asian markets for over 10 years.
Graham was previously a Director in the Major Overseas Projects Division at UK Trade and Investment 1991 –2000 and travelled extensively with the Minister for Trade promoting UK expertise.
Prior to that Graham was, first, Chief Economist and then Director of Mergers Division at the Office of Fair Trading (OFT).
Since his retirement from UK government service Graham has been engaged as a business development consultant by a wide range of international clients including
- AMEC
- Costain
- HR Wallingford
- Thames Water
- Mitsui Babcock (now Doosan Babcock Energy Limited)
- PB Power
He is able to draw upon a number of other business development consultants with relevant experience as the project demands.
An economist by background, Graham has a wide knowledge of government both in the UK and overseas as well as experience of business development and regulatory issues.
